Vision

We envision a world where women through wisdom Aspire, Excel, Inspire, Outreach, and Unite in the collective efforts of all women to reach their fullest potential.

Our Story

“Women Inspired and Spiritually Empowered” started as a gripping and stimulating theme that was used at a conference for women. When that conference was over, it didn’t seem right to let it end there! Such a powerful statement was meant to be shared and used as a base upon which more should come. Thus, W.I.S.E. was developed to continue making a positive impact, and sharing valuable information, reliable resources, and encouraging good deeds among women across the globe.

Mission

Establish a support network of quality service providers and organizations, promoting the personal growth, self-development, and achievement of women; and the advancement of causes inherently valuable to women. We aim to encourage and engage women in creating a positive impact on the larger community and, ultimately, the entire human family. We are "Women Inspired and Spiritually Empowered", pursuing pathways to optimal living.

Nourish Relationships, Starting with “Your Self”

Just as the body requires food for growth and health, relationships require sufficient nourishment to maintain stability. Unconditional love is the first element fulfilling the quest for healthy personal relationships. It starts first with loving and accepting oneself with authenticity, and then extending that love to others. It’s no secret that how we personally feel about our own self affects both the mental and physical aspects of our relationships, and ultimately, our health, growth, and development.

Nourishment creates pathways to happiness. When you love yourself you become more open to give and receive love in return. Happiness in relationships delivers satisfaction to the senses! If you find your life in stagnation, you may not be giving yourself proper nourishment. That is, the kind of nourishment that has a positive effect, activating your senses, propelling you towards a happier life with yourself and others. Love yourself enough to trust who you are. Value yourself as a person to know your worth. Nourish yourself in healthy ways to reach your full potential.

Have you built up a level of trust in yourself that allows you to be self-assured? Self-assurance doesn’t mean be too overly confident. It does, however, mean that you don’t have a fear of trusting yourself. A lack of self-trust manifests in our relationships whether on a personal or business level. Five Signs that Show that you Lack Self Confidence and Building Self-confidence by M.Farouk Radwan, MSc.

Self value is akin to self-care. In his article in Psychology Today, “How Much Do You Value Yourself? A radical prescription for personal, and world, peace”, Dr. Steven Stosny explores in detail the topic of self value.

Take the time to nourish your body, soul and spirit. You owe it to yourself. There are plenty of ways to engage in some healthy nourishment.
